Accessibility Statement

Binary Spirit S.L. is committed to making Fair Divider accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. This Accessibility Statement is published in line with Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act, applicable from 28 June 2025) and Royal Decree 1112/2018 transposing Directive (EU) 2016/2102 in Spain.

1. Conformance Target

Fair Divider aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Where Level AAA criteria can be met without disproportionate burden, we adopt them voluntarily.

Fair Divider is currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the standard. The known limitations are listed in section 4.

The most recent self-assessment was carried out on 26 April 2026 using a combination of manual keyboard testing, axe-core automated checks, and Lighthouse accessibility audits on Chrome 127, Safari 17, and Firefox 128.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on Fair Divider, or if you would like content in an alternative format, please contact us. We aim to respond within 10 business days.

7. Enforcement Procedure

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may submit a complaint to the competent national authority. In Spain, this is the Observatorio de Accesibilidad Web of the Ministry for Digital Transformation: administracionelectronica.gob.es.

8. Continuous Improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. This statement will be reviewed at least once a year and updated whenever significant changes are made to the Service.
